Plant Operator with HR

Full Time | Competitive rates | Perth, WA

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Groundforce Civil are always looking skilled operators to join our team for ongoing civil construction projects around Perth. 

  • Operating excavators 2-25 tonne

  • Operating posi track

  • Operating tipper trucks

  • Operating front wheel loaders

  • Operating Rollers

  • Working alongside other skilled and experienced operators

  • Position is full time (45+ hrs per week)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Candidates must have minimum 2years experience in a similar role, have white card, tickets and transport.

  • Must have a good work ethic, be able to work under minimum supervision and work well with a team. 

  • Experience in excavation of footings, formation of sand pads, setting out, competent with laser levels, reading plans, digging around live services, loading of trucks and drainage highly desirable

  • Must be willing to help out on the ground when required.

Civil Labourer

Full Time | Competitive rates | Perth, WA

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience in civil construction

  • Spotting for excavator operator, digging around services, working around construction equipment

  • Experience with Earthmoving Equipment, or Civil construction background highly desirable

  • Opportunity for training and to gain experience on machinery including excavators and skidsteers.

  • Casual and long term positions available

Skills & Requirements:

  • Candidates must have minimum 2years experience in a similar role, have white card, tickets and transport.

  • Relevant experience in civil construction

  • Experience with Earthmoving Equipment

  • First aid & CPR training preferred

  • Must have White Card

  • HR license
